Our On Brand™ Session is a one-time branding & brand name “brainstorming” session with founding attorney & legal strategist, Attorney Elle, The CounsELLE™, designed to help you explore names, slogans, concepts, and ideas for whatever you're building/creating.
The session includes The Name Drop™, our signature brainstorming exercise inspired by the naming, rebranding journey & the thought process behind The CounsELLE Collection®.
The goal of On Brand™ is to help you walk away from the session with a creative, marketable, and uniquely YOURS name, slogan, or direction.
That said, sometimes the creative juices just don’t flow how we want them to lol.
Sometimes the perfect name shows up in the first 15 minutes of the session. Sometimes people walk away with a strong contender [or five]. And sometimes people realize they don’t want another name at all. It really depends.
So, while we’ll absolutely spend as much [or as little] of the session brainstorming, exploring & refining ideas, we can't promise that we'll land on the name, the slogan, or the answer during a single session.
What we can promise is a fruitful conversation, laced with real world business perspective, honest feedback, some unhinged colorful commentary & a heck of a lot more clarity than you started with.
Also, On Brand™ is a brainstorming experience, NOT a trademark search, clearance review, or legal opinion regarding whether a name, slogan, or brand is available for use or registration.
Unfortunately, what sounds good isn't always available & what seems perfect isn't always protectable — trust us, we know.
