      We’ll have up to two 25-minute calls to walk you through the findings, answer your questions, and confirm filing strategy.

    • Document Preparation & Filing with the USPTO

      We’ll prepare and file your application — no guesswork or generic templates — and manage correspondence with the USPTO from start to finish.

    • Office Action Responses

      We handle all* administrative office actions, ensuring your application stays on track.

    • Framed Certificate + Digital Records
      Once your trademark is registered, you’ll receive a digital copy of your official registration certificate plus a custom-framed physical certificate — because legal protection should look good too!

    For a one-time fee of $1750, we will:

    • Run a Comprehensive State & Federal Trademark Search For up to Three [3] Wordmarks;

    • Provide a Detailed Opinion Letter for Each Wordmark & One [1] Consultation for up to 45-Minutes to Discuss Results.

    Should you decide to work with us for your application and filing, you will receive a $1200 discount on our start-to-finish trademark application service!

    Did you DIY your application? Have you received an office action & don’t know what to do or how to respond? Assistance of Counselle is at your service!

    If we believe that you are a good candidate for this service, we will:

    • Step In as Your “Attorney of Record” for Your Trademark Application.

    • Submit an Attorney Crafted Response to the Office Action*, Which Includes:

      • comprehensive legal research &, drafting of brief[s] to save your trademark application, and corresponding with the USPTO until a final decision is made on your trademark application.

    *fee varies based on complexity of Office Action, issues raised, etc.
